I've been personal training and coaching group fitness since 2017. Getting strong taught me to love my body and made me proud to take up space. I want everybody (especially women!) to have that experience.My first love was CrossFit, which showed me the power of a supportive fitness community. Then I shifted my focus to lifting heavy—powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting—because there's no high quite like hitting that new PR you've been working towards. Then I decided to compete in bodybuilding, a lesson in extreme discipline and delayed gratification.Now I do a little bit of all of them, and they all inform my training philosophy. I want you to have fun, get strong, feel empowered, and learn what you're capable of.Certifications:
